Ways Ident-A-Kid Visitor Management is Effective In School Safety Programs for SVPP

Identifying Visitors

Visitor scanning their license with Ident-A-Kid Visitor Management. When a visitor signs into a school, our system scans the back of their driver’s license to capture accurate information. We capture their full name, date of birth and state of residence. This information is also used to perform automatic sexual offender checks. The visitor’s full name is kept in your school’s reports along with the time, date and any additional information captured.

Emergency Alerts

Example of Ident-A-Kid Visitor Management Emergency Notification. You can add multiple users to your school or district’s web manager. These users can be assigned permissions to receive emergency alert notifications through email and/or text for sexual offender, parent-custody and banned individual background checks. These users can then review the alert and approve or deny the sign-in or sign-out.

Printers
